Two fly-tippers fined following Walsall Council investigations

Two individuals have been issued fines after being caught fly-tipping in Walsall. The first incident took place on Monmer Lane, Willenhall, where an individual was caught on CCTV disposing of bagged household waste. Following an investigation, the offender admitted to the offence, resulting in a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) of £400.
